We loosen the seams, trim the edges and get a blank for the front of the cosmetic bag, measuring 11.5 x 16.5 cm.
To the upper part of the workpiece we sew the prepared part of denim with the size of 4.5x16.5 cm, and to the bottom, a piece measuring 14.5x16.5 cm.
We strengthen the prepared blank with a bulk nonwoven fabric. If you do not use the cosmetic bag as a handbag, then you can do without a bulk nonwoven.
On the front side we make markings for the stitches, we lay the machine line diagonally, slightly ironing.
The size of the workpiece is cut lining.
On some squares with the help of a stencil, we apply the contour of an asterisk, we perform a manual line using jeans or floss.
To the upper sections, first to one, then to another, prick up and sew up the zipper. It is possible in one step with a lining, it is possible in two steps, first a lightning, then top lining.
To ensure that the lining does not get caught in the zipper, we attach it to the allowance at a distance of 0.1 cm.
We sew one side of the side seams of the cosmetic bag and the lining, leaving a hole of 6-7 cm in the lining for eversion.
In the side seam of the cosmetic bag, I inserted a loophole with a ring for a small strap, on which you can wear a cosmetic bag like a purse. We sew up the corners of the cosmetic bag and the lining, iron the seams, cut off the excess.
